- Ownership ( the last thing you want to find out there are multiple owners and you have only purchased from one of them! )
- Plot regulation (is the plot fully regulated ?
- Planning (what does the regulation of the plot allow you to build ? )
- Services(will your beautiful plot be able to get all the services ? )
- Location(how close is the plot to all the amenities ;no point in having beautiful views if you get snowed in winter and starve to death ! )
- Future developments(will your beautiful view be blocked by someone else’s development ? )
